ABOUT
MISSION
The mission of HEALTH Equity Empowerment LLC is to advance health equity science and build sustainable solutions for identifying, mitigating, and ultimately eliminating the deleterious effects that the social determinants of health (e.g., racism, discrimination, access to health care services, employment, educational quality, socioeconomic conditions, public safety, cultural beliefs & practices) inflict on communities, organizations, corporations, and educational systems.
VISION
1. Building equitable and sustainable partnerships that make a collective impact on improving the quality and length of life for our community members.
2. Designing data-driven solutions to physical and mental health challenges that can be replicated across the United States and beyond.
3. Enhancing stakeholder capacity to mitigate - and ultimately eliminate - health disparities and the effects of systemic racism utilizing culturally-informed strategies.
